Officine Beat has been just an idea for a long time. The idea of a place that was not only beautiful to look at, comfortable and welcoming, not just a restaurant or a bar where you can drink and eat well, not just consumption.
Officine Beat is for us especially a different entertainment experience that means sensorial, intellectual and spiritual enrichment too.
The environment has been restored by dosing with criterion actions of addition and subtraction. The old floor tiles and textures of brick interior walls have been brought to light, and we exclusively furnished with furniture, sofas, chairs and objects of past epochs according to a logic of recycling and reuse.
In this work we certainly inspired by our subjective taste, but above all we could make use of the expertise and experience of the architect Paolo Rossi, assisted by Carla Gerundino, design assistant, in all phases of realization.
From this precious collaboration, the final effect of a place that retrieves many times of the daily in the same space, and reinterprets its historical identity in contemporary life.
This frame reflects the same core concept of our restaurant that brings together the idea of a slow food (philosophy of healthy eating and a taste of the culture for years come into our costumes) with that of a slow drink (a different attitude towards the drink-oriented quality rather than quantity, hence our care in the preparation of cocktails and the choice of craft beers).
And the art, in its many forms of expression – from live music to photography, from painting to literature – that fills our cultural events, can not be missing
